Technology Planning & Implementation Request for Proposals (RFP)

The primary objectives of this capacity building initiative is to connect organizations with the technological expertise necessary to develop and execute a strategic technology plan and to assist with the resources required for implementation of the plan.

The Technology Planning and Implementation Initiative has two phases: Phase I provides support for the development of a strategic technology plan with the assistance of an external consultant; and Phase II provides partial funding (a dollar-for-dollar match up to a specified amount) for the implementation of the plan.

The eligibility criteria for organizations interested in applying for funds have changed.  Please refer to the RFP documents for more information.

The time frame for the Technology Planning & Implementation Request for Proposals is four years, 2007-2010. A total of $1.5 million will be allocated to the initiative.
